I am an experienced Counsellor/Psychotherapist/Supervisor based in North Wales. I founded Chrysalis Counselling Services in 2013 with a vision to provide a welcoming and professional service tailored to meet clients' needs. My role is to provide a safe, non-judgemental, empathic and confidential environment where you can talk openly and comfortably. We will work together to create a space to explore your struggles, increase your understanding of your thoughts and self-awareness, and find ways to move forward.
